Livi’s last line of defence was boosted this afternoon with news that Darren Jamieson has extended his stay at the Club.
Like recent returnee Kyle Jacobs, the 22 year old ‘keeper has worked his way up through the youth ranks and has now become a regular fixture between the sticks for the first team.
And his fine run of form has been rewarded with a 2 year extension to his existing contract, which sees him staying at the Energy Assets Arena at least until the end of season 2016/17.
Manager John McGlynn is delighted that Darren has committed himself long term to the club, and envisages him continuing as first choice ‘keeper.
