Dycey signs new contract

Young defender Callum Fordyce has agreed a fresh one-year contract with Livingston FC.

Dycey's current contract expires at the end of the season, but agreement has been reached for him to remain with the club for the 2013-14 campaign and the formalities were tied up yesterday.

The 20-year old has made seventeen first team appearances this season, providing valuable cover both in full back and central defensive areas.

He also spent just over a month on loan with Third Division side Clyde recently, earning rave reviews for his performances in six matches with the Broadwood side.

Chief executive Ged Nixon said: "Callum is one of several of our young players who is out of contract this month so we're pleased that he's decided to remain with us for another year and continue his development."
