Bobby Barr departure confirmed

With the transfer window opening, Livingston FC are in a position to officially confirm the departure of Bobby Barr on a permanent basis.

Bobby and the club have mutually agreed to bring his contract - which had been due to expire in the summmer - to an early end.

Part of our back to back championship teams, Bobby spent the latter part of his time as a Livingston player on loan with East Fife, and a permanent move to New Bayview is likely to be finalised now he is a free agent.

A 2010 signing from Albion Rovers, Bobby (24) made a total of 99 first team appearances for the club, including 17 as a substitute, scoring twelve goals.

A fans favourite, Bobby will depart with the best wishes of all at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium for his future career.

In addition to Bobby, the club has also officially released young midfielders Dylan Easton and Dean Cummings, both of who featured fleetingly in the first team.
