Livingston 1 - 0 Elgin City

Jonathan Brown scored the only goal as Livingston beat Elgin to move Gary Bollan's men three points clear at the top of the Scottish Third Division.

Livi were restricted to trying long-range efforts to open the scoring and it wasn't until the 50th minute that Brown tested Elgin's John Gibson.

The home side looked better after the break as they pushed for the winner.

And they eventually took the lead in 72 minutes when Keaghan Jacobs crossed for Brown to head home from six yards.
