No complacency in camp ahead of cup tie

Livingston go into tomorrow's Active Nation Scottish Cup tie against Clyde in a strange position - bookies favourites against opposition from a higher division.

Yet, defender Jason Talbot insists that the Lions will go to Broadwood fully focussed on earning a place in the fourth round where SPL clubs lie in wait.

Clyde currently prop up the Second Division, and are currently managerless following the departure of John Brown after defeat to East Fife last weekend.

"The lads are buzzing and we're up for it, like we have been for the last couple of games," said Jason.

"We've developed a winning mentality and hopefully we can take that into the game and things will work out right.

"I've seen the league table and it looks like Clyde are struggling but we'll not be complacent - we'll go in well prepared and level headed and try and win the game."

Gary Bollan has close on a full squad to choose from following Tuesday night's league victory over Albion Rovers.

However, the game will come a little too soon for star forward Raffa De Vita, who will sit out despite returning to training earlier this week.

Travel and Admission information

Prices for the tie, which sees Third Division leaders Livi face Second Division bottom dogs Clyde will be £10 for adults and £5 for under 16s and senior citizens.

Additionally, a 'Kids go Free' promotion will be in operation, just as it was in the Second Round ties.

Kids will be admitted free along with a paying adult provided that they produce the special coupon which will be printed in Saturday's Scottish Sun newspaper.

With the gates shared, a big travelling support will generate increased revenue for Livingston FC and to encourage supporters along, the Livi Lions Supporters Club are running two coaches with seats available for a special flat fare of £5.

The LLSC coaches pick up at Pumpherston, Mid Calder, Dedridge, Almondvale Stadium and Carmondean and are a quick and convenient way to get to the match.
