In light of yesterday’s SPFL sanction and subsequent media stories, Livingston Football Club wishes to confirm that we are working with our accountants and HMRC to establish exactly how much tax is due to be paid.

This matter was the subject of a voluntary declaration by the club prior to the delayed court hearings, which we expect to quantify the amounts misappropriated by officials of the company.

We will be making no further comment on this situation until the court judgement.
