Reserves: Livingston 4 - 0 Raith Rovers

Goals from Danny Mullen, Jordan Morton, Callum Fordyce and Connor McDonald earned us a well deserved 4-0 win against Raith Rovers in tonight's Reserve League Cup match.

We played some excellent football throughout the match, aided by the immaculate pitch, although it took 32 minutes for the first goal to come, Danny Mullen diving to head past Laidlaw.

With half time approaching, our lead was doubled when Jordan Morton produced a trademark piece of magic to find the top corner with a shot from the edge of the penalty area.

Rovers' hopes of getting back into the match when Greig Spence saw red early in the second half.

From then on, we dominated the game with the ten-man visitors restricted to the occasional counter attack.

Jordan Morton corner yielded our third goal, with Calum Fordyce evading his marker to find the net with a well placed header.

A comfortable win was rounded off in the final minute when Connor McDonald beat Laidlaw from outside the box with a low shot.

The game saw Jason Talbot successfully complete a full ninety minute run out, most of it spent partnering Fordyce in central defence.
