Narrow win for reserves at Dumbarton

Our reserves rounded off their SFL Reserve League campaign with a narrow 1-0 win against Dumbarton at the Bet Butler Stadium tonight.

In a low key game, we kept the ball well throughout but it took until the dying seconds of the game to get the only goal, Callum Fordyce finding the mark.

Paul Watson continued his comeback from injury with an appearance alongside Fordyce in the centre of our defence.

The win leaves us sitting fourth in the table, although Queen's Park will go above us if they take two points or more from their remaining three matches.

Morton are in pole position at the moment, a point ahead of Rangers with both sides still to fulfil two fixtures.

Livingston: Jamieson, Tufail, McDonald, Fordyce, Watson, Beaumont, Murphy, Downie, Lander, Wilson, Mullen. Subs: Fairman, Bonnar, Martin, Black, Hurst.
