Livingston FC was given a huge boost this morning when on-form midfielder Bobby Barr extended his existing contract until Summer 2013.

Bobby has been on superb form this season, scoring 7 goals but setting-up many more. He has also proved to be a real fans favourite, even earning his own line of t-shirts and badges by the Livi faithful!

Club Chief Executive, Ged Nixon, spoke of his delight at the news. "The squad has really gelled this year, so it has always been our wish to see the core kept together to challenge next season.

"With Bobby playing such a large role in our successes this season, I'm naturally delighted that he's shown faith in the Club and chosen to remain for another year."
