Our Under 19 team continued their good form in the run up to Wednesday's big Youth Cup match with an emphatic 5-0 win against Ayr United on Sunday afternoon.
The league fixture beat the frosty weather thanks to the artificial surface at Prestwick Academy, and when the action got underway Ayr found our lads too hot to handle.
Bryce Naples got the scoring underway in the 33rd minute and our lead was doubled before half time when midfielder Dean Cummings bagged his 14th goal of the season.
Further goals from top scorer Andy Russell, Frazer Galloway and Coll Donaldson wrapped up a good win after the break.
A much tougher game is expected on Wednesday evening when we host Dundee United in the SFA Youth Cup quarter finals.
All Livingston supporters are encouraged to get along to the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium to back the team in their biggest match of the season so far. Admission prices are just £3 for adults and £1 for concessions under 16 or over 65..
