Central defender Michael O'Byrne has become Gary Bollan's second signing in as many days.
The 21-year old signed and sealed a one-year full time contract earlier today, completing a move from Albion Rovers to become Livingston's fourth summer recruit.
O'Byrne was a mainstay of Rovers' miserly defence last season, after joining the Coatbridge side from Dumbarton in July 2009.
The signing was hailed by Lions' chief executive Ged Nixon as another "good piece of business".
Nixon said:"Finding a big and strong centre back was one of our main targets for the close season and we're very happy that Michael has agreed to join us."
"We're aware that he had other offers - including at least one from a First Division club - so it's great to get him on board for the challenges ahead."
