Livingston U19 2-1 Raith Rovers U19

Brian Welsh's under 19 continued their winning start to the season, although they were run very close by Raith Rovers at Almondvale this afternoon.

Rovers took first blood with a 20th minute tap-in after Lions' keeper Darren Jamieson fumbled a cross in the breezy conditions.

Livi hit back before half time, with Sheldon Jacobs scoring a cracking 20 yard shot eight minutes before the break.

Twelve minutes into a very keenly contested second period, Dean Cummings flicked home a Mark McNulty cross to give the Under 19s a fifth victory in five league games this season.

One downside for the Lions was the enforced departure of central defender Neil Hastings, who limped off during the first half.
